At ORAGUARD®, we strive to deliver high-quality custom-fit mouthguards.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect product delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made mouthguards (due to hygiene & personalization) unless defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process:
- Email us at oraguardindia@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and images.
- Our team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs:
Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
